THE PROCESS
Whether you are an individual or a company, working with me always begins with getting to know one another as human beings.
We’ll then work together to diagnose and assess the situation, identify and align on the objectives or what you’re trying to accomplish, and finally, building a plan that we will work to during our engagement.
We’ll meet in-person or virtually – whatever you prefer.
Engagements typically range from a few sessions to 3-12 months depending on your needs and desired outcome.
