I’m a Business Advisor, Consultant, Executive Coach, Creator and Speaker.
I offer C-Suite expertise and experience coupled with being a Certified Executive Coach in addition to also being a former Executive at Bose, Michelin & Bosch.
I've led and created billions in economic and brand value, successfully acquired more than a dozen global OEM car company customers, entered >20 new countries and developed and grown >50 people to Director, VP and C-Suite levels.
I'm an automotive industry expert and have worked globally for decades and managed small to large teams in Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Japan, China, Korea, Mexico and the U.S.
I’ve also successfully designed and implemented 7-different transformations in Sales, Marketing and Brand Management functions.
I'm passionate about developing and growing people, brands, and companies by leveraging my deep expertise in General Management, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management and Strategy.
During the past 3 years, I decided to focus on learning and upskilling.
Since then, I've completed 15 courses and sprints with Section4 as well as most recently with Product Led Growth for SaaS companies, created a community of now more than 200+ Section4 sprinters at Bose, and Coached 35 different Woman@Bose members.
Most recently, my focus has been on Advising a handful of startups and smaller companies as well as Mentoring and/or Coaching professionals who want to Own, Manage and Navigate their career journey.
